Focus on Terra Care Land Maintenance

Corey Willey is a hard worker in a hard business. He has put a great deal of time, sweat, and thought into developing one of the highest quality, fastest growing maintenance and landscape contractors in the area, Terra Care Land Maintenance Inc. Provides service all over Central Florida as well as having satellite locations in Tampa and Jacksonville.

This company was founded in 1991 and has been through it ups and downs with the economy but has over the years weathered the storms and built a proven track record and has built hundreds of satisfied customer relationships. Terra Care evolved from Corey’s dissatisfaction with the way similar services treated customers.

“I was always willing to go the extra mile for the customer, but thought if I started my own business, I could take customer service- and lawn care- to a new level.” Corey also found that customers did not want just lawn care; they wanted other services- hence the phrase “Land Maintenance” in the name of all our valued customers commercial and residential “we not only maintain the properties” says Corey. “We also do site work, tractor services, Bob Cat work, complete landscaping installs, irrigation, and pest control services.”

A business is only as good as its employees, and Corey is meticulous in his selection process with some having been with him over ten years. He is careful to recruit only conscientious people who put a lot of effort into their work and care about the end result. He also insists upon well kept uniformed employees so they are easily recognized and show great examples for the company.

While building his business, Corey also early on did 6 years in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge at his end of term when it became too much trying to raise his 3 girls with his wife Sarah and running a company that desired so much attention. “I can’t thank all of the wonderful customers I’ve met over the years that’s given my company the chance to prove ourselves in protecting their landscape investment,” says Corey. “My time in the Army and the National Guard, paired with my many years in the outdoor construction and maintenance field’s experience, has given me a terrific background for running my business.”
